SIGHTS TO SEE

San Francisco's Chinatown is known for shopping and dim sum, a brunch or lunch of savory and sweet delicacies. The famous Chinatown gate invites tourists and shoppers at Grant Avenue and Bush Street. Trading companies sell a wide variety of wares including silk robes, hand-carved toys, antiques and herbs.
Union Square is the heart of San Francisco's upscale shopping district. Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Macy's and designer boutiques flank the square. A few blocks away, San Francisco Center includes Nordstrom, brand name stores and boutique shopping.
